Ashley Cory is the founder of Peace by Proxy Yoga, established in 2026. She completed her 200-Hour teacher training at Sacred Moon School of Yoga in Grand Haven, MI. Prior to Yoga Teacher Training, she spent many years studying Psychology and deepening her practice of mindfulness and coming back to Self.
As someone who has been directly affected by depression and anxiety, she is passionate about creating the space for her clients to connect deeply with themselves and find, at the very least, one hour of peace.
Whether you’re looking to improve your postures, create more strength and flexibility, or simply have one hour of uninterrupted spiritual bliss, Ashley is thrilled to offer her support.
She is happy to travel and meet you in your home, invite you to her private yoga room at her home in Muskegon, or offer yoga at your place of work for your employees.
