- Current physical and mental health goals
- Any major transitions happening in life right now or recently
- Any poses or frameworks you want to avoid
- How do you want to feel after yoga? e.g. more connected with body and mind, energized and strong, relaxed and at peace, etc.
Consultations will take place on Google Meets.
